Preordering upcoming Pokémon products, sealed sets, and trading card releases is one of the best ways to guarantee your spot before stock sells out. Because preorders work differently from in-stock items, please read this policy carefully. Placing a preorder means you understand and agree to the terms below.

What A Preorder Is

A preorder, or presell, is an order for a product that has not been released yet, or that we do not yet have physically in stock. You are reserving the item in advance so that a copy is set aside for you when it becomes available. Preordering is the surest way to secure limited or high-demand releases that often sell out on or before launch day.

Payment Is Taken At The Time Of Order

Payment for preorders is charged in full at checkout, through Stripe or PayPal, just like any other order. This is what reserves and guarantees your item. We use your payment to secure allocation with our suppliers, so your spot is only locked in once payment is complete. Preordered items are not held without payment.

Release Dates Are Estimates

Every release date shown on a preorder is the expected date provided by the manufacturer or distributor, not a date we control. Trading card release dates are frequently moved, delayed, or adjusted by the product makers themselves. If a release date changes, your order and your reserved spot remain valid, and we will update you. A shifted release date is not grounds for us to be held responsible, as these timelines are set by the manufacturer.

When Preorders Ship

Preorders are processed and shipped once the product is officially released and physically in our hands, after which our standard processing time of 1 to 3 business days applies. On popular launches, releases can arrive in waves, and orders are generally fulfilled in the order they were received. We will send you tracking as soon as your preorder ships.

Mixed Orders (Preorder Plus In-Stock Items)

If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the entire order will normally ship together once the preorder item is released and available. If you would like your in-stock items sent first, please contact us before ordering or place them as a separate order, as separate shipments may involve additional shipping costs.

Allocation and Availability Risk

We reserve preorder stock based on the allocation our suppliers commit to us. In rare cases, a manufacturer or distributor reduces, delays, or cancels the allocation they promised, which is outside of our control. If this affects your order and we cannot fulfill your preorder, you will always receive a full refund to your original payment method. You will never be left out of pocket for a preorder we are unable to supply.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price shown and charged at the time you place your preorder. Once your preorder is confirmed and paid, that price is locked in for you, even if the market price rises before release. In the uncommon event of a clear pricing error on a preorder listing, our standard Terms and Conditions apply, and we will contact you before taking any action.

Quantity Limits

To keep preorders fair and give as many collectors as possible a chance at limited releases, we may set a maximum quantity per customer or per household on certain items. Orders that exceed these limits, or that appear intended for resale abuse, may be adjusted or canceled with a full refund.

Canceling A Preorder

Because preorders reserve limited stock, please choose carefully. You may request to cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Simply email us with your order number. Once a preorder has been dispatched, it falls under our standard Refund and Return Policy.

Changes To Your Preorder

Need to update your shipping address or adjust your preorder before it ships? Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change ahead of dispatch.

Delays And Communication

Trading card launches can be unpredictable. If a release is significantly delayed, we will keep you informed by email. We ask for your patience on preorders, as the timeline ultimately depends on the manufacturer and distribution chain. Your reserved item and your locked-in price remain protected throughout any delay.

Chargebacks On Preorders

If you ever have a concern about a preorder, please contact us first. Because preorders legitimately reserve stock in advance and are charged at the time of order by design, filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may be treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions. We keep full records of every preorder, payment, and communication, and we will always work with you directly to resolve any issue fairly and quickly.

Our Promise On Preorders

When you preorder from ArgoCash, you are trusting us in advance, and we take that seriously. Your spot is secured, your price is locked, and if we ever cannot deliver a preorder for reasons beyond our control, you get every cent back. That is our commitment to you.
